What we mean by 'integrity' is the integration of conscious and subconscious minds. More than a few people behave differently from the principles they espouse. This problem comes from the two different realities experienced by the two different minds, and it answers the question, "Why do people who know the right thing to do not always do the right thing?" When the minds are of one mind, so to speak, people can make their wisdom a habit instead of an effort. Their natural inclination to behave matches the ethical principles and "best practices" they've adopted.

The other meaning of integrity at Integrated Performance is that of connecting the left and right brain hemispheres for whole-brained thinking. Whole brained thinking is not as common as you might think, and is clearly superior to thinking with one hemisphere at a time. Performance is improved, regardless of the specific discipline or task.
